  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Arrange peaches in pie shell.
  3. Combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour over peaches and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
  6. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
    For streusel topping
  8. Combine ¼ cup packed brown sugar, ¼ cup all-purpose flour and ¼ cup chopped walnuts in medium bowl.
  9. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
