Fruity Chicken Wings



Ingredients

  1. Lightly coat chicken wings with flour mixture and curry powder. Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook chicken wings for 8 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels
  2. Add onions and potatoes to pan. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in stock, juices and honey. Return chicken to pan and add dried fruit. Bring mixture to boil, then simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stir in olives and thyme.
