Chicken with Lime and Spices



Ingredients

  1. Cut chicken fillets into ½" strips. To make marinade : Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Add chicken strips and marinate, covered with plastic wrap, in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain chicken and reserve marinade.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium pan, add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender ; stir in reserved marinade.
  3. Serve chicken strips with Hummus rolled in pita bread.
