Spicy Meatballs

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Soak sultanas in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and chop coarsely.
  3. Combine sultanas, lamb, pine nuts, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Shape mixture into 25 balls and place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Coriander Sauce, combine ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve meatballs hot or cold with dipping sauce, vegetables and Bagel Thins.
