Chicken Livers with Ginger

  1. Mix the soy sauce, brandy, brown sugar, grated ginger and garlic in a jug.
  2. Dredge livers in flour, shaking off excess, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Preheat wok, then add oil.
  4. When hot, ass onion and stir fry over high hear for 3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add livers and stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Pour soy sauce mixture into wok and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens slightly and livers are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
