Chick Pea Fritters

Ingredients

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

  1. Soak chick peas in a glass bowl, cover with water for 48 hours.
  2. Change water daily.
  3. Drain chick peas and place in a food processor with onion, garlic, parsley, chillies, coriander, cumin and eggs and pepper to taste.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Stir in flour and baking powder.
  6. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  7. Form chick pea mixture into patties and cook in batches in hot oil until golden.
