Ingredients

• 1½ cups sugar
• ¼ cup flour
• ¾ tspn ground nutmeg
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb, sliced
• 9" unbaked pie shell
• ½ cup flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
  

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

1. Stir together first four ingredients. Gently add strawberries and rhubarb. Place mixture in pie shell.
2. Stir together remaining ½ cup flour and ¼ cup sugar in a small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie.
3. Wrap edges of pie with foil. Bake at 400°F on the center oven rack for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
