Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
1½ cups long grain brown rice
2 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1 tspn salt
¾ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tspn dried rosemary
¼ tspn dried marjoram
¼ tspn dried thyme
1 tspn coriander
2 tbsp parsley
1 tspn minced garlic
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1. In a crockpot, combine all ingredients. Turn to low setting and cook for 6-8 hours.
