Hungarian egg cheese
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1 qt milk
½ tspn salt
¼ cup sugar
1. Beat eggs in Dutch oven. Add milk, salt, sugar and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until eggs start to cook. Keep stirring constantly so the bottom does not burn. It is done when "rivers" appear in the top. Remove from heat. Pour into a pillowcase lined bowl. Let hang until liquid all drips out. Gently squeeze. Chill overnight.
