Crab Salad



Ingredients

2 cups white crab meat (lump is best)
4 oz chopped white onions
¼ tspn salt
¼ tspn black pepper
dash of garlic powder
4oz vegetable oil
4oz white vinegar
4oz ice water

1. Place crab meat in the bottom of a container that has a cover. Spread onions on top of crab meat. Shake salt, pepper and garlic over onions. Pour oil, vinegar and ice over this in the order listed. DO NOT STIR. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Stir before serving with favorite cracker.
