  1. Chop onion and celery; sauté in butter until onion is limp.
  2. Add flour. Combine remaining ingredients, except crab and cheese.
  3. Add to vegetables. Stir and cook until thick.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in crab.
  5. Pour into an 8" square greased baking dish.
  6. Top with cheese and bake at 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
