Cabbage with Tomatoes & Pork
(Paradiscsomos Kapoztas)



Ingredients

pork chops - season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds & paprika
1 head of cabbage, cut in quarters
6-8 whole, peeled potatoes
1 can tomato soup & 1 can water
½ pint (8oz.) sour cream
¼ cup flour & ½ cup water

1. Brown seasoned pork chops. In a roasting pan mix tomato soup, and water. Add pork, cabbage, and potatoes. Spoon some tomato gravy over pork, cabbage and potatoes. Bake covered at 350º for 1½ hours.
2. Remove pork, cabbage & potatoes to a platter. Pour tomato gravy into a large saucepan. Add flour and water, cook and stir until gravy is thickened. Add sour cream and blend well.
3. Return pork, cabbage, and potatoes to roaster. Pour tomato - sour cream gravy over all and serve.
